Security & Compliance

Your customers' calls
stay private.

Security here isn't bolted on after the fact. It's built by someone with a cybersecurity background, and keeping caller information confidential is core to how the business works, not an afterthought.

How It Works

What actually happens to a call.

Is my customer's information safe? Here's the honest, specific answer.

01

No call recording, no transcript retention

Calls are handled in real time. Nothing about the conversation itself, no audio, no transcript, is stored once the call is handled.

02

Minimal call logging

We keep routing metadata only: that a call happened, and its outcome. Never the content of what was said.

03

Zero Data Retention with our AI providers

We have Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreements with the AI infrastructure providers behind the service, so nothing is retained at the model layer either.

04

A documented lawful basis under GDPR

Every call is processed against a documented privacy notice and a clear lawful basis under GDPR, not an assumption.

05

Data Processing Agreements with every third party

Every third party in the chain, from telephony to AI infrastructure, is covered by a signed DPA. Nothing runs on a handshake.

Our vendors

The third-party tools we run on are GDPR compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. For sensitive workloads, we can run on self-hosted infrastructure, so retention isn't dependent on a vendor's policy either.

Nothing about a caller's enquiry sits around longer than it has to. What does is covered contractually, not just promised. Happy to walk through any of this in more detail on a call, just get in touch.
